At 4237 feet, Sugarloaf is the 2nd highest mountain in Maine which allows it to offer the only lift serviced above treeline terrain in the Northeast. Sugarloaf has 1240 skiable acres, 162 trails and glades and a vertical drop of 2820 feet.

We will be staying at condos around the mountain, all are considered "ski-in, ski-out", but there is usually a short walk to the trail. Sugarloaf's trails are 23% easy, 34% intermediate, 27% advanced and 16% expert. Over 1000 acres of gladed sidecountry is accessible (when open) by CAT!

Although each condo has a full kitchen, Sugarloaf and the surrounding area has a myriad of choices when it comes to dining, both on and off the slopes.  Ski to Bullwinkle's, high on the mountain for lunch, coffee etc, or make your way to "The Beach" at the base area and choose from multiple restaurants, cafes and food trucks.  There are additional choices in the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel, The Shipyard, the Health Center, the Outdoor Center, on the Access Road and on the Road to Kingfield!

Lift ticket passes are for specific dates. If you are choosing to purchase fewer than 5 days, you will need to choose the specific days that you wish to ski before the trip. However, you can choose to change your Lift Ticket to another day as long as you do so before 10am on the day the lift ticket was originally scheduled for.

A Sugarloaf RFID card is required to load the Lift Tickets onto. There is a $5 charge for this card but if you have a pre-existing RFID Card from either Sugarloaf or Sunday River, that card can be reloaded at no additional cost.

If you have an Ikon Pass, a New England Pass or any other pass that will allow you to ski Sugarloaf, you will not need to purchase the lift tickets or RFID Card noted for this trip.

A security & key deposit is required on arrival. Charges will be incurred for unit damage, excessive cleaning fees, & unreturned keys. Note: Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATIONS: A partial refund may be available until 1/1/2024 and will depend on whether the trip has sufficient people signed up to meet the number required by our contract with Sugarloaf. Trip Leader will work with you should you need to cancel. Any changes made after 01/6/2024 will result in a $50 change fee per change request from the resort.

Any registrations after 10/1/23 will require payment in full at that time!
