You must be a member of Winterset Ski Club for the 26/27 ski season to come on this trip, however, join any Winterset overnight trip and membership for the 26/27 season is automatically included for you and everyone on your current membership. Anyone who is a current member will have their membership automatically renewed after signing up for the trip.
Anyone who needs to join or has already paid their 26/27 membership, will receive a credit to the trip of the membership cost paid.
The waiver that you sign for this trip registration will also include the membership waiver. Sign up will be online only.
Lift ticket passes are for specific dates. If you are choosing to purchase fewer than 5 days, the ticket will be valid for either 3 or 4 consecutive days that you will need to determine. Should you decide to change those days, you must do so online through Sunday River's easy change system.
A Sunday River RFID “Go Card” is required to load the Lift Tickets onto. There is a $5 charge for this card but if you have a pre-existing one, it can be reloaded.
If you have an Ikon Pass, a New England Pass or any other pass that will allow you to ski Sunday River, you will not need to purchase the lift tickets or obtain the RFID Card noted for this trip.
A security & key deposit is required on arrival. Charges will be incurred for unit damage, excessive cleaning fees, & unreturned keys. Note: Pets are not allowed.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund is available until September 1, 2026. A partial refund may be available until 11/15/2026 and will depend on whether the trip has sufficient people signed up to meet the number required by our contract with Sunday River. Trip Leader will work with you should you need to cancel.
Any changes after 01/01/2027 will result in a $50 change fee per change request from the resort.
